• This is a full-time, in-office position based in St. Petersburg, FL requiring on-site presence 5 days a week. We are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

Job Overview :

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including reconciling customer accounts, processing and applying payments, and ensuring timely collections. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Process incoming payments via checks, ACH, and other payment methods.

Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.

Assist in month-end closing by preparing AR reports and reconciliations.

Identify opportunities to streamline AR processes and improve efficiency.
