Attorney (Los Angeles)

Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation and good standing with the California State Bar.

Responsibilities :

• Handle a caseload of personal injury matters, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice cases.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and interview witnesses to build strong cases on behalf of clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents necessary for each stage of litigation.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including depositions and interrogatories.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected throughout the legal process.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents pertaining to personal injury litigation.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.

Demonstrated experience in personal injury litigation, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

Strong knowledge of California personal injury laws and procedures.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
