This role requires a strong leader with hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its connected ecosystemGenStudio, Journey Optimizer, Experience Manager (AEM Assets), and Workfront. The Program Manager will guide a multidisciplinary team in designing, integrating, and scaling an enterprise-level solution that modernizes marketing operations, data management, and digital engagement across the mission. Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Lead overall program execution, ensuring objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
• Translate client mission into actionable program and technical strategies.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation for multiple integrated workstreams.
• Maintain documentation, governance, and program reporting aligned with NIS quality and performance standards.
