Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is 100% onsite at our San Francisco office and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and timely
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
