Salary : $40,000–$45,000 + cell phone allowance + annual performance bonus

What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with new and existing members through visits, onboarding, orientations, and ongoing engagement.
Develop and implement membership recruitment, retention, and communication strategies to support growth and satisfaction.
Maintain an organized CRM database of prospects, leads, and member activity, ensuring consistent follow-up.
Coordinate Member Pop-Ins, ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, and other business ceremonies.
Support and engage volunteers, Ambassadors, and the Membership Committee to increase member involvement.
Create membership materials and collaborate with the team on marketing, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
Recruit applicants for Leadership Owasso and assist with class logistics and sponsored meals.
Participate in annual investment and sponsorship efforts, including scheduling and attending meetings as needed.
Prepare and present membership and engagement reports for Chamber leadership and represent the Chamber at community events.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have...
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in membership management, marketing, customer service, or a similar role (nonprofit or chamber experience is a plus!).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine customer-first mindset.
A track record of meeting goals-especially in sales, recruitment, or engagement roles.
Experience using a CRM and keeping data organized.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and enthusiasm.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bonus Points For :
Event planning or graphic design experience.
Familiarity with small businesses, economic development, or business advocacy.
