Accounting Assistant

Job Description :

• The Accounting Assistant provides critical support by aiding in the day-to-day functionality of the Accounting team.
• This role is ideal for someone interested in providing financial and administrative support in a team environment.
• Accounting experience is required.
• Dealership accounting is preferred.
• Candidates who want to learn more about the accounting function and desire to experience a sense of accomplishment at the end of each workday are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

Reconciliation and Post Daily Service & Parts Batches.

Communication with Admin Staff & Dealership Managers.

Daily Deposits.

Accounting Schedules. (research and journal entries).

Dealer Trades.

Other tasks are available as overseen by the Accounting Manager.

Cross-training on various positions in the office.

Job Details :

Job Type : Full-time.

Salary : $20.76 - 22.00 per hour.

Schedule : Monday to Friday.

Ability to commute / relocate : Seattle, WA 98134 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
