We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Independent Social Worker in Santa Fe, NM with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Job Requirements :

• 1 Years experience required
• Active social worker licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW)
• American Heart Association BLS card
