Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients and new prospects.
  • Process policy change requests, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Educate clients about their insurance options and coverage details.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in client files and CRM systems.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and claims follow-ups as needed.
  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to support agency goals.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and company updates through training.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, customer-first attitude with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or office work is preferred but not required, we will provide training for the right candidate.
  • Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • If not currently licensed, we will provide study materials, cover application fees, and pay for your exam to help you get licensed quickly.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
