Spherion is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales & Customer Account Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting a growing manufacturing company that serves the floral and grower products industry.
This hands-on role offers the opportunity to dive into all aspects of a manufacturing environment-from customer interaction to production coordination.
Responsibilities :
Maintain and manage customer accounts with a high level of professionalism
Conduct sales calls and manage order entry for items such as enclosure cards, envelopes, forms, and plant stake tags
Assist with pricing strategy, cost analysis, and design coordination (no design software required)
Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
Coordinate with internal teams on production scheduling
Handle high call volumes while ensuring excellent communication and follow-through
Working hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
Strong sales background with a customer-first mindset
Highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Comfortable with numbers, decimals, fractions, and general cost analysis
Ability to learn manufacturing processes and product capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for problem solving
Education : No Degree Required
Experience : 1-4 years
Qualifications :
