Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for December 26, 30, & 31 at their Corporate Health center in Glendale, AZ. Provider will see ages 3+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are 6 : 00am-4 : 00pm on December 26 and 9 : 00am-7 : 00pm on December 30 & 31, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Clinic also has a Medical Assistant and Dispensary on site. Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
