Salary : R28 000 - R30 000
Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles across aviation, telecoms, and engineering sectors.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and manage a strong talent pipeline using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, feedback, and interview scheduling with account managers.
- Write engaging job adverts and candidate summaries tailored to client needs.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of all recruitment activities.
- Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to refine candidate search strategies.
Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment role (agency or internal).Proven experience sourcing candidates in technical fields ideally within aviation, telecoms, or engineering.Strong knowledge of candidate search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop / computer suitable for professional use.Aviation industry knowledge preferred, but not essential.
