Sr. Residential Service Technician

BGIS ITS is currently seeking a Sr. Residential Service Technician to join the team in Hudson FL and surrounding areas.

The Senior Service Technician leverages their extensive expertise to diagnose troubleshoot and efficiently repair a variety of residential HVAC systems. They play a pivotal role in conducting diagnosis of faulty HVAC recommending and providing solutions while adhering to industry standards. The Senior Service Technician will occasionally perform routine preventative maintenance tasks that contribute to extending equipment lifespan and preventing potential issues. They will be required to provide excellent customer service and explain technical issues and solutions. Additionally the Senior Service Technician will be a leader within the service team helping to foster continued learning and collaboration within the team.

Compensation :

• Hourly Rate : $30 - $34 per hour
• 5% Commission
• 48 Hours of PTO
• 5% 401(k) Match
• (7) paid holidays
