Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Payroll Manager to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will lead payroll operations and HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulations and the seamless execution of financial and administrative processes. Responsibilities :

• Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Manage HR administration, including hiring processes, employee records, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct financial reconciliations and audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance payroll systems through integration and automation.
• Analyze payroll data and generate KPI reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax accounting regulations and oversee related payroll functions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline HR and payroll workflows.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and implement company policies related to payroll and HR functions.
• Act as a liaison between finance and HR teams to ensure seamless operation and communication. Requirements
• Proven experience in payroll management and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards, tax accounting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cloud technologies for payroll integration.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and create detailed KPI reports.
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to manage teams and work with stakeholders.
• Experience in process improvement and implementing automation in HR and payroll systems.
• Familiarity with financial reconciliations, auditing practices, and company policy development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless operations.
