Lead Software Engineer, Simulation Development

Join our innovative Simulation group, where we tackle one of the toughest challenges in autonomous driving : validating our software stack without taking it to public roads. As a key member of the Simulation Engine team, you will spearhead the development of advanced simulation frameworks that directly contribute to the high-fidelity and high-performance evaluation of our autonomy stack. You will also work on creating a gym environment for training reinforcement learning models.

We are seeking a skilled engineer who is passionate about enhancing developer experiences and is adept at driving collaboration across large engineering organizations. This role is an incredible opportunity to dive deep into our sophisticated autonomous driving software stack, simulation frameworks, and reinforcement learning model training.

Required Skills :

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient programming skills in C++ and Python.
• A proven track record of successful collaboration with customers and timely delivery of quality results in a hybrid or remote environment. Comfortable working with large engineering teams.
• A strong passion for safe, fully-electric, self-driving technology and its positive impact on the world.
