Job Purpose and Impact

The Food Safety Quality Regulatory Manager will lead workers and tasks in quality this role you will conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards and lead quality continous improvement effort. You will work with senior staff to address customer requirements and concerns as well as collaborate on audits.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct visual and physical inspections of company products and materials helping team members interpret quality standards.
• Monitor the performance of the quality control staff and ensure that the department meets organizational objectives.
• Review the work of analysts or inspectors that collect data identifying potential quality failures evaluate quality of raw materials or components in progress goods processes or operations.
• Monitor and evaluate current testing processes and make recommendations for improvements when necessary.
• Develop implement and assess processes and policies designed to test products and services.
• Lead and develop a team coach and make decisions related to talent management hiring performance and disciplinary actions.
• Other duties as assigned
