job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConduct user research to understand user needs and pain points. Develop user personas, journey maps, and other user experience documentation. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions. Stay up-to-date on the latest UI / UX design trends and best practices. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
Qualifications &Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a UI / UX Designer, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality design.
- Bonus points for experience with prototyping tools, animation software, and knowledge of front-end development principles.
