The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join the team in Everett WA .

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplined EHS team at the largest factory in the world!

Position Responsibilities :

Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one occupational health safety and environmental discipline

Manages the planning and implementation of occupational health and safety environmental programs / processes environmental property assessment and remediation chemical analysis evaluation of chemical processing activities and / or related support functions

Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives

Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes

Manages develops and motivates employees

BasicQualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

Bachelors degree or higher

5 years of experience in leading teams in a formal and / or informal role

5 years of experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
