Retail Sales Specialists

to work out of our BRAND NEW Huntsville Alabama retail store opening soon!

The Retail Sales Specialists (Front Counter Sales Associates) provide customers with outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. The RSS serves customers by selling products testing water and meeting customer needs.

• Our retail stores are open 7 days a week. Weekend work will be a part of your normal schedule. If you are not able to work weekends please do not apply for this position. Candidates should be able to work full time hours plus overtime as needed.

Duties includebut are not limited to :

Processcustomer transactions.

Buildrelationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.

Completewater tests and discuss results with customer.

Stock shelves and tidy up around store as needed.

Performother related duties as assigned by management.

This position pays an hourly wage plus commission!!

Qualifications :

One to two years related experience or equivalent.

Previous retail experience is required.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Commitment to excellence and high standards.

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Professional appearance and demeanor

Flexible schedule (Retail stores are open 7 days a week)

Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
