Key Responsibilities Drive customer and volume growth across all Fintech products, including payment processing and financing Oversee commercial partnerships, compliance, and financial performance related to payments Lead the payments-focused sales team to enhance adoption, revenue, and customer value Required Qualifications 10-12+ years of experience in payments partnerships, sales, operations, or fintech strategy Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including acquirers and processors Proven success in leading external partnership negotiations and sales teams Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze pricing and ROI Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
