TBAC Group, the largest private mental health practice in Tampa Bay, is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our Palm Harbor office. This is a W-2 PRN position with the option to grow into full-time with benefits.

You’ll enjoy private office space, a Monday through Friday schedule—no weekends—and full administrative support. A collaborating physician is provided to support your practice. Join a collaborative team of over 30 counselors dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.

Compensation : $48 - $51 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the lifespan
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in compliance with state laws
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Provide patient education regarding medications, mental health conditions, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate closely with therapists, counselors, and a supervising physician to ensure integrated care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with legal and ethical standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in psychiatric care
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
