Statement of Purpose

Under direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis.

Job Requirements

• Requires successful completion of an A.M.A. approved training program in radiologic technology
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or registry eligible.
• A year of practical experience is usually required for complete acceptable performance.
• Vermont state license
• CPR certification required.
