Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full time occupational hand therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Elk Grove, CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to provide care to patients ranging from post-surgical cases, to non-operative conditions, to work conditioning. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other clinicians and therapists. Compensation :

Collaboration : Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.High Standard of Care : Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).Personalized Treatment : Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.Relationship-Building : Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapyCPR certificationValid driver’s licenseMinimum two years experience in hand therapyPreferred Qualifications :
At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedicMinimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
