Work Schedule : Monday–Friday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM CST (Fully remote)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing / Communications Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in content management, design, and multimedia production, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update website content using a CMS, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
• Edit and update marketing materials (e.g., PDFs) using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Creator.
• Optimize and enhance images for digital platforms using Adobe Photoshop.
• Collaborate with regional teams to manage translated content and ensure accurate localization.
• Assist commercial teams with planning and executing industry events, including logistics and promotional materials.
• Produce and edit short-form videos for campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
