Responsibilities

The Home Health Registered Nurse will be responsible for coordinating patient care, consulting with physicians, accurate OASIS collection, and ensuring timely reporting of lab values. Additionally, this role involves attending meetings and maintaining the medication profile.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment
• Minimum of one year clinical experience (preferred)
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
