A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and manage various logistical tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings across multiple time zones Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation Prepare meeting materials and assist with follow-up tasks to ensure action items are addressed Required Qualifications Experience supporting a senior leader, preferably a CEO or executive Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with scheduling across different time zones Proficiency in modern communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoho Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
