Responsibilities :

  • Support Classroom Instruction : Assist teachers in delivering lessons and reinforcing learning concepts.
  • Student Assistance : Provide individualized or small-group support to students.
  • Lesson Preparation : Help prepare materials and resources for classroom activities.
  • Classroom Management : Maintain a positive and organized learning environment.
  • Assessment & Feedback : Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Administrative Support : Assist with grading, attendance tracking, and other clerical tasks.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with educators, administrators, and parents to support student success.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED (some roles may require additional certifications).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with students or in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
