Accounts Payable - 1st shift

Accounts Payable Shift : 1st, (7 : 30am / 9am-4pm / 5pm) Pay : $22-$25 / hr (Based on experience) Job Description :

• Review, process, and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Accurately record financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Prepare journal entries to reflect financial activities as needed.
• Use accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Service Titan, and potentially Quicken or ADP to complete daily tasks.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate handling of employee-related expenses and reimbursements.
• Analyze financial data to identify errors, trends, or opportunities for improving processes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and generate reports for management review.
