Responsibilities

Acquire new clients to our insurance agency by selling Auto, Home, Renters insurance, and other complementary insurance products.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Requirement

Texas General lines P&C License is preferred. Must obtain General lines P&C License in 60 days and General lines Life and Health in 90 days. Licensing assistance is provided.

Must have 1 to 2 years of sales experience

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.

Must be highly self-motivated.
