We are looking for a meticulous and organized Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the organization while contributing to essential clerical and data management tasks. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage data entry responsibilities efficiently and accurately. This role is part-time and between 24 and 30 hours a week.
Responsibilities :
- Enter and maintain accurate records of invoices and other financial data within the system.
- Approve and process invoices for submission and ensure all entries are error-free.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support financial reporting and audits.
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage and organize financial data effectively.
- Assist in clerical duties, including organizing documents and preparing reports as needed.
- Ensure data integrity by cross-checking entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify data requirements.
- Support integration efforts with external systems and services when necessary.
- Work both onsite and remotely, as required, to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and other data management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with numeric data entry.
- Basic understanding of inventory management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and resolve issues.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
