Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care to patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions, including coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, such as cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), angioplasty, stenting, and intravascular imaging, with a focus on optimizing patient outcomes and minimizing procedural risks.
• Evaluate and manage patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, conducting thorough medical histories, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and treatment planning in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, cardiac electrophysiologists, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, heart team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery, promote clinical excellence, and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Engage in teaching and mentorship activities, including supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows, to foster the next generation of cardiovascular specialists and contribute to academic excellence.
• Contribute to clinical research projects, innovation, and scholarly activities within the field of cardiology, advancing knowledge and practice in areas such as interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, and cardiovascular imaging.
