This collaboration allows the medical hematology and oncology team to provide the highest level of care to all patients- Tumor board collaboration, multidisciplinary clinics, and advanced hospice and palliative care opportunities allow many opportunities for clinicians to function at a high level of involvement and job satisfaction- Team of 11 medical oncologists and 8 advanced practice providers- Call is 1 in 11 and evenly distributed- Robust hospitalist service managing admissions- We believe in disease site specialization and the majority of our physicians focus their clinical practices around only 1 or 2 primary disease sites- Patient population 18+Comp / Benefits : - Two-year salary guarantee with the ability to transition to a productivity-based model as soon as advantageous to the physician- Malpractice- Comprehensive medical and retirement benefits- Relocation allowance- Annual allowance for CME- Paid Time OffWilmington is a charming coastal city known for its beautiful beaches, historic downtown, and vibrant cultural scene.
