Job Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Occupational Therapist to join our exceptional team. Key Responsibilities :

• Therapeutic Interventions : Apply evidence-based techniques to improve patients' functional abilities, including activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and cognitive functions.
• Adaptive Equipment : Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology to enhance their independence and participation in daily activities.
• Education : Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies, home exercise programs, and techniques to support ongoing progress and safety.
• Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and speech therapists, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Documentation : Maintain precise and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in line with regulatory and hospital standards.
• Professional Development : Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in occupational therapy through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
