Clinical Supervisor / Outpatient Therapist Social Worker

We’re looking for an in-person Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about client care, supporting staff, and helping shape the future of a growing practice.

In this hybrid role, you’ll balance a therapy caseload with supervising staff and interns, guiding clinical culture, assisting with hiring, and contributing to the continued growth of our team and services.

Clinical Supervisor / Therapist  What You’ll Do :

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to staff and interns.
• Maintain a therapy caseload and deliver high-quality client care.
• Mentor clinicians in documentation, clinical decision-making, and professional growth.
• Facilitate supervision groups and licensure supervision for LSWs.
• Support onboarding, training, and hiring of new clinicians.
• Assist with program management, clinical policies, and leadership meetings.
• Problem-solve clinical and operational issues as they arise.
• Model professionalism, accountability, and client-centered care.
• Contribute to building and protecting a positive, growth-oriented practice culture.
