Rate Range : $20-$21 / Hr

Job Description :

• Seeking a Desktop Support Technician with strong customer service and communication skills to provide in-person technical support in a corporate environment.
• Responsibilities include Windows 10 / 11 troubleshooting, printer repair (Lexmark), hardware support (Lenovo / Dell), and end-user interaction. Must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
