job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelors degree in mechanical engineering 2 years experience working as an engineer (inc. industry co-op / internship SAE project team leader etc.) Completed academic coursework in solid mechanics engineering (strength of materials stress / strain / deflection static and fatigue failure theories structures and joining vibrations) and system dynamics Experience with engineering experimentation (planning measurements statistical analysis reporting) Experience with commercial FEA pre-processors solvers and post-processors Experience contributing to a project as a member of a diverse team The primary responsibility of this role is to develop strength reliability for static strength and durability performance of vehicle frame body and chassis.

Job Description :
- Develop strength and durability performance of vehicle frame body and chassis (suspension axle bushing) through prediction evaluation and analysis
- Prediction : Analytical (hand calculation design review) and CAE (FEA MBD other simulations) methods
- Evaluation : Vehicle input load measurements and bench tests (static and fatigue) by collaborating with technician team members
- Analysis : Data organization and visualization to extract trends fatigue life calculation failure analysis etc.
- Solve problems and develop countermeasures to achieve strength and durability performance targets according to vehicle development schedule.
