Adecco is assisting a global leader in consumer technology and innovation in recruiting for a Post Market Surveillance Specialist in Austin, TX.

This is a contract assignment through February 2026, and fully onsite Monday through Friday.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Post Market Surveillance Specialist to support complaint handling and related post-market activities for medical products in a high-performance technology environment. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with complaint investigations, adverse event reporting, and global regulatory compliance, particularly within a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Review, manage, and close complaint records in the complaint handling system

Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, engineering, and customer service teams to complete investigations and track complaint trends

Evaluate post-market data and update risk management documentation

Submit timely Adverse Event Reports to the US FDA when applicable

Conduct post-market surveillance and trend analysis to identify safety signals

Act as subject matter expert (SME) for complaints and post-market surveillance processes

Assist with preparation of post-market reports and regulatory submissions

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as needed

Requirements / Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Math, Statistics, or related technical discipline

3+ years of experience in medical device quality, complaint handling, CAPA, or field action

Strong understanding of regulatory standards including 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 803, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU MDR, MDSAP

Hands-on experience with complaint evaluation, investigation, and adverse event reporting

Familiarity with IMDRF codes and clinical complaint assessments

Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Risk management experience is highly preferred

Experience handling high complaint volumes is a plus

Pay Details : $52.00 to $60.00 per hour
