Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric care for geriatric patients in nursing homes.

• Assess, diagnose, and manage mental health needs, prescribing medications under supervision.
• Conduct evaluations, monitor progress, and collaborate with staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate records and foster trust with patients.

Requirements : active IL Nurse Practitioner license, at least 1 year of experience, strong communication skills. Experience in psychiatry is preferred but not required.
