What Youll Be Doing :

Lead the Sales Team : Manage and inspire the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Inventory Management : Oversee and optimize new car inventory ensuring an excellent selection for customers.

Customer Experience : Deliver a luxury sales experience that exceeds customer expectations fostering relationships and long-term loyalty.

Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales plans to maximize performance and profitability.

Collaboration : Work closely with other departments including finance service and marketing to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.

Training & Development : Mentor coach and train sales team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company.

What Were Looking For :

Experience : Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred.

Leadership Skills : Ability to lead inspire and hold a team accountable to achieve goals.

Customer Focus : Strong understanding of Mercedes-Benz customers with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

$150000 - $200000 a year

Salary based on performance and experience. Commissions and bonuses are available.
