In the early days, founders reply to every comment, DM every follower, and know customers by name. But as audiences grow into the hundreds of thousands or millions, that intimacy breaks. Even with social managers, no team can authentically know every follower — so brands default to 1 : many channels like mass email, SMS, and generic posts. The personal touch disappears.
At Blueberry, we’re rebuilding that intimacy at scale. Our product performs deep research on social followers, enables brands to authentically engage through personalized DMs, and delivers the perfect offer tailored to each customer at exactly the right moment. What once felt impossible — knowing every follower by name and why they care about your brand— is now achievable.
In under 3 months, we're live with 10+ brands — including several 8- and 9-figure direct-to-consumer (DTC) companies to drive substantial revenue and nurture lasting loyalty.
We’re backed by Pear VC (first checks into Doordash, Dropbox, and Gusto) and Founders, Inc.. Now, we’re hiring the founding team that will scale Blueberry across the world’s largest brands.
The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Content to shape how Blueberry shows up to the world. Until now, we as founders have been hands‑on in telling our story — publishing thought pieces, sharing customer wins, and building early narratives around personalization and the future of commerce. It’s been effective, but it’s only the beginning.
We believe content is an alpha for GTM. The companies that break out in our category will be the ones with consistent, high‑quality storytelling that scales — not just occasional moments. That’s where you come in.
As our first content leader, you’ll take what’s been started and make it your own : developing a clear, repeatable content engine that balances polish with volume, thought leadership with case studies, and founder voice with brand voice. Your work will set the tone not only for Blueberry, but for how the industry understands this new era of customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
Own Blueberry’s narrative — define how we talk about personalization, agentic commerce, and the future of brand-to-consumer engagement across all channels.
Drive growth through storytelling — create case studies, thought leadership, and campaigns that directly influence pipeline and deal velocity with global B2C brands.
Turn customer wins into revenue assets — transforming product outcomes into compelling stories that open doors with CMOs and marketing leaders.
Build the content engine — craft stories, videos, blogs, content, cadences, and standards that balance polish with consistency and scale.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders to scale the content motion we’ve started — and confidently make it your own.
Play a central role in GTM — ensuring content is not only seen, but used by sales, marketing, and customer teams to drive meetings, close deals, and strengthen partnerships.
Set the foundation for Blueberry’s voice — establishing the tone, quality bar, and narrative direction that will guide all future content and define how the company is perceived as we scale.
Who You Are
A storyteller, product marketer, or content marketer with 3+ years of experience.
You want to tell compelling stories.
You move fast, take initiative, and care deeply about doing things right.
You don’t just point out problems — you roll up your sleeves and solve them.
You bring a clear point of view on what excellence looks like, while staying collaborative and low‑ego (this is incredibly important across every team member).
You’re your own toughest critic and hold yourself to an exceptionally high bar—90% isn’t good enough.
Entrepreneurial at heart : you thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and want to shape something from the ground up.
