The Opportunity : We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to cover the Nebraska region, including Omaha and surrounding areas. While candidates can be based anywhere in the Nebraska metropolitan areas, they must be willing to travel extensively throughout the territory. The role involves regular Monday-Friday travel (up to 85%) serving customers in your region.

  • Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas
  • Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas
  • Cleveland, OH and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and repair sophisticated food processing equipment at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical (480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
  • Generate detailed technical reports and maintain service records
  • Manage spare parts inventory
  • Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of mechanical or electrical repair experience
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
  • Must be based in the Nebraska region (Omaha preferred)
  • Willingness to travel up to 85% throughout the region
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive up to 5 hours to customer sites
  • Comfortable with air travel for destinations beyond driving distance
  • Must be within 1.5 hours of an international airport
