Position Highlights

• Join a team of 3 Urologists and 2 APC Urologists
• Access to two XI DaVinci Robots
• Surgical cases performed at Everett and Arlington ASC centers; inpatient care at Providence
• Flexible scheduling options, including a 4‑day workweek
• Shared community call with Providence (1 : 6, moving to 1 : 8 when fully staffed)
• 20‑24 patient visits per day on average
• 14 procedure patients per day
• Appointment templates : 30 min for new visits / 15 min for follow‑ups
• Epic EMR with DAX AI
• 1 : 1 MA support; RNs float between providers and manage chemo / injections
• General Urology practice serving all sexes, primarily 60+ population

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $384,000 - $672,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
