Job Title : Superintendent – Data Center

Location : Reno, NV

Employment Type : Full-Time, Exempt

Pay : $115,000 - $160

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the on-site execution of large-scale data center construction projects. This role is responsible for managing all jobsite activities from project start to completion, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule adherence, and budget control.

The Superintendent will coordinate with subcontractors, self-perform crews, and project management teams to meet project goals while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all field operations from mobilization through project completion.

Oversee self-performed crews and subcontractor activities to ensure quality, safety, and productivity goals are met.

Maintain daily communication with foremen and craftworkers to confirm production targets are achieved.

Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to review schedule performance, safety compliance, and quality control.

Track project milestones, RFI status, change requirements, and potential delays, and report to project management.

Review and approve subcontractor drawings and ensure prompt, accurate submissions.

Partner with the Project Manager to address project changes, delays, or issues.

Participate in closeout planning at least 30 days prior to project completion.

Represent the company's best interests in all interactions with owners, vendors, and public entities.

Develop and implement strategies to deliver projects on or ahead of schedule and within budget.

Monitor self-performed work production and ensure adherence to labor budgets.

Enforce all jobsite safety, quality assurance, and procedural standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.

Proven experience managing large-scale, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.

Strong knowledge of subcontractor scheduling, coordination, and quality control.

Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software preferred.

Experience with self-performed concrete work is highly desired.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Preferred Project Experience
