Roles and Responsibilities

Write Technical Requirements in a business-friendly context for better Product Owner and Business User alignment.

Provide demos and communicate effectively to larger, varied audiences.

Deliver Current and Future State diagrams, diagram and document Process Flows.

Qualifications

3+ years working in Banking, Credit Cards ideal.

3+ years working in a Technical Writing capacity.

Accomplished API Technical Writer, rooted in best practices.

Including knowledge and understanding of REST, Response, Payloads, etc.

Provide consistent format and a plan to keep API documentation up to date.

Technical while Business savvy, able to diagram and document for both Technical and Business audiences.

Competency in delivering demos and explaining documentation to such audiences.

Experience and expertise providing current and future state diagrams and process flows. Interested in samples if you are able to provide.

Available, Responsive, Responsible, and ready to hit the ground from day one.
