What You'll Do (Responsibilities) :

As a Financial Analyst, you will analyze financial data to support monthly forecasts, budgeting, and long-range planning. You'll prepare and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and variance reports, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to leadership. This role will evaluate business trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support ad hoc analyses for strategic projects, business cases, and executive presentations. You'll also assist in preparing board and investor-level reporting, ensuring all financial outputs are accurate, consistent, and timely.

What You'll Bring (Requirements) :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

2+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a multi-unit, hospitality, or franchise environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

Working knowledge of financial reporting systems and ERP platforms (UKG, ADP, or similar).

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Team-player mindset with curiosity, initiative, and a solutions-oriented approach.
