The Opportunity

As our company continues to grow, so does the need to expand our accounting department. The Accounts Payable Clerk assists the AP Supervisor in performing various processes and systems in the accounting department. They will maintain professional, technical and accounting knowledge by attending educational workshops and opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Input AP invoices for payment
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts
• Manage main AP email inbox
• Communicate with project managers and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain tax exemption certificates and tax status on assigned projects
• Provide back up for other accounting duties, as needed
