Briley's Upholstery Shop is looking for an experienced woodworker to join our team. We are an upholstery shop with a heavy emphasis on custom upholstered furniture. We have a history of providing the highest quality and craftsmanship to our clients.
Responsibilities / Tasks :
- Reading construction drawings
- Operate various hand tools and woodworking equipment
- Cutting wood to assemble and prepare for upholstery
- Apply stain on visible areas of furniture such as feet or legs
- Assist with installation and tasks at job sites
- Communicate and teach shop procedures to others
- Comply with safety regulations and shop rules
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work space
Qualifications :
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $25-$30.00 per hour
Benefits : Paid time off
Schedule : 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
Driver's License : Required
Work Location : In person
