Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000
• Health Insurance
• Dental and Vision Insurance
• Retirement package – 403b with 3% match
• 15 days of Paid Time Off for the 1st year

• 2 floating holidays
• 5 days of disability reserve annually, accrued from the date of hire
• Continuing Medical Education with $2,000.00 for coursework and up to 40 hours of paid CEU time

• Life Insurance – 1x annual salary to a max of $150,000
• License renewal / DEA reimbursed by employer
• Annual Professional Membership renewals up to $200.00
