The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Edison in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. We’re looking for a dynamic leader with 2–3 years of experience in a management role, a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination, supervision, and execution of all restaurant operations, with a particular emphasis on scheduling for a large team of employees to ensure smooth and efficient service. Your hospitality and leadership skills will be key to delivering memorable guest experiences and supporting our award-winning restaurant group.

Pay

Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary : $74,600 - $93,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
