This role sits within the RS Digital Team, a dynamic and forward-thinking group at the heart of the company’s digital transformation journey. The team is responsible for shaping the future of the RS website and digital customer experience, making it an exciting place to work for those passionate about innovation and impact. With a strong focus on customer-centric design and agile delivery, the team works on initiatives such as enhancing search functionality using large-scale data analysis, integrating with enterprise systems like SAP, and continuously improving the user experience through A / B testing and continuous product discovery. It’s a collaborative environment where product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders come together to deliver meaningful digital solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
Role Purpose
You will be a key member of the RS digital team, driving forward the features and functionality for our website as we continue our digital transformation. Reporting to the Lead Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap, analysing customer problems and collaborating with stakeholders throughout the business to assess needs, and working on the Agile team to deliver valuable online solutions
