Responsibilities

As a Litigation Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include :

1. Representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including premises liability, real estate, environmental disputes, insurance, general litigation, and construction.

2. Managing all aspects of the litigation process, from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.

3. Developing effective strategies and case theories through collaboration with clients and senior attorneys.

4. Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.

5. Conducting effective and thorough legal research and analysis.

6. Negotiating settlements effectively and in the best interest of the client.

7. Maintaining professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and courts.

8. Staying updated with current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to litigation.

deal candidate for the Litigation Attorney position will have the following qualifications :

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

2. A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus / interest on premises liability, real estate, environmental disputes, insurance, general litigation, and construction.

3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

4. Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload.

5. Exceptional analytical, research, and written and oral communication skills.

6. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

9. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
